Naomi Junghae is an experienced international HR professional with over 25 years in HR and change management primarily within the private and public sectors.
Her earlier career was with Deloitte and PwC as a Manager in their People Consulting team. She went on to work for Standard Chartered PLC, UK as Regional HR Operations Manager, covering Africa Region, and thereafter at Opportunity International, USA as Vice President, HR and OD, as they built a network of SMEs/micro-banks across continents.
Other senior HR positions include but are not limited to Head of HR/Lead Consultant on a retainer basis for Helios Investments Partners, UK, one of the largest emerging market investment firms; HR/OD Project Director for Trans-Century, a publicly traded investment holding company, and HR Project Manager for the British Museum.
Naomi was the Joint HR Recovery/Change Manager covering both South London & Maudsley Mental Health Trust, and Southwest London & St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust before she joined Awakn Life Sciences.
She holds an MBA (master’s degree in business administration), Bachelor’s degree in commerce and is a member of the CIPD UK.
